Back on the road
I was back running on the roads for the first time in a week today. I have had a few knee problems but they seem sorted so here's hoping. If I want to run the Belfast Marathon I would not need to have any more set backs. It is so nice to be out running in the morning, greeting the dawn with a burst of energy. Thanking God for the wonderful hills and valleys, the trees and the bushes, the sheep and the cows, rain or shine, it's all beautiful in its time.

Busy week at the EDGE
It was a good week at the Edge last week with the Belfast Giant's game, the Saturday night Charity Concert, and Beyond the Edge all going on. Busy but great. Big up's to Mike and the boys for the success of the concert. It was a great night and the place was packed out. BtE was good as well. Not a huge croud but Love for Life were great and the message was dead on. Thank God for a great week!
