Two Extreems...

Well it really is uncanny that every time a team from Northern Ireland comes to help run Livada Summer Camps the rain is not far behind and the week before this one was no exception. We had beautiful weather in the couple days running up to taking the kids to camp but.... on queue when we got to camp with the fantastic team from Ballymacash/Lisburn the rain started. It was actually amazing that it didn't really interrupt that many of our activities becasue it seemed to come down mainly in very convenient times. But it was still our wettest camp yet this summer. Bring on The Edge team!!!!

And then the team leaves and what happens... queue the heat wave.

This week we had a fantastic couple from Texas with us to help run a week of camp for the 30 kids that live in Livada's group homes. Well I think they brought the weather with them as well becasue it was over 40 degrees every day, even in the shade!!!!! Last week was to wet to do some activities and this week was too hot to do some.

Thankfully we did have a much better water situation this week and were even able to do the slip and slide. God provided the water for just the right time.

Now we continue to pray that our children find LIVING WATER that will never run out.
