Did anyone see the show Geldof on Marriage that, I think, was on Channel 4 a week or so back. I think it was just one in a serious of Bobby Boy looking at a bunch of different topics.
Anyway it was a fantastic show. Very positive about marriage and very honest at the same time.
It was refreshing to see that some people still see the amazing thing that a life long union between two people is. He didn't paint a Holywood picture or portray it to be an easy thing only full of bliss and happness.
He portrayed it as challenging, exciting, frusterating, needing much patience, understanding and compromise, but as an amazing thing of beauty that is worth every step of the process to hold on to it.
If you missed it then too bad but if you have a chance to watch any of the rest in the series, I highly reccomend it.
